- By using Upskill with AnWrap, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
4. Account Registration

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination of access and legal action.
8. Faculty & Instructor Rights
- Each faculty associated with Upskill with AnWrap is an independent professional.
- Course content, teaching methods, and artistic works remain their intellectual property.
- Upskill with AnWrap holds the right to market, distribute, or package such content under collaboration terms.
- Instructors cannot use AnWrap’s brand or content outside the platform without written approval.
9. Art Kits & Materials
- Some courses include optional or required Art Kits sold separately via AnWrap.com.
- Product images and colors may vary slightly.
- Kit charges are not part of the course fee.
- Refunds or replacements for art kits will follow AnWrap.com’s e‑commerce policy.
10. Certification
Students who successfully complete a course and meet all requirements may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Upskill with AnWrap. Certificates do not represent formal academic credits or government accreditation.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, course content, and branding elements related to Upskill with AnWrap are owned or licensed by AnWrap Creations Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post or share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Disrupt classes, forums, or community discussions
- Violate any laws or infringe on others’ rights
- Attempt to hack, misuse, or damage the platform
Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
13. Refunds & Cancellations
- Fees once paid are non‑refundable, except if a course is canceled by AnWrap before commencement.
- In special cases (e.g., duplicate payments), refund requests may be reviewed at AnWrap’s discretion.
- Workshop seats, live class access, or digital content purchases are non‑transferable.
14. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for third‑party products, services, or faculty behavior.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
